Remote SupportThe remote support service I offer allows me to interact with your computer as if I were sitting in front of it. When you choose to use remote support, you are granting me access to your computer's keyboard, mouse, and monitor (read below for more information). This is done using a program called GoTo Assist.

About GoTo AssistBy using a remote support session and installing GoTo Assist, you are not allowing me or anyone else the chance to take control or in any way access your computer at will, without your direct input.
GoTo Assist was design with the customer (you) in mind. If at any time you touch your keyboard or move your mouse, control by the remote operater is suspended and returned to you. There is no way that I, or anyone else, can lock you out of your own computer during one of these sessions. You are also able to close and disconnect the session at any time you wish. All you must do is move the mouse to regain control and then close the session window to the bottom-right of your screen.
